Thank you for visiting  NC Welding Solutions, we’re here to help you design, fabricate, and install your custom driveway gate or other metal project.

Our passion and specialty is designing and fabricating custom artistic gates, custom hand railings, and assist with gate automation systems. We also fabricate metal signs, logos, and metal art.

The investment for one of our custom gates is between $350-$900 per linear foot (gate only). This depends on height and weight, single or double swing, material,  decorative or artistic components, and  the complexity and time to fabricate.

All our metal gates are coated with a durable baked-on powder coat primer and  top coat.

Price of the support posts and hinges vary depending on size and the weight of the gates.  If your preference is stone or brick columns, special support posts with steel skeletons should to be fabricated and installed before the columns are constructed to support the weight of the gates, otherwise the posts would need to be installed beside or behind columns. We offer installation for the gates, posts, and can recommend a mason to build the columns if you need.

For automating your gate, we provide a separate quote.  The operator system is determined after calculating  gate’s weight, size, and number of cycles gate open daily.  The Automation page discusses access control features you may need and prefer. As well as the quality and type of operator system you prefer.  The amount for a dependable US manufactured gate automation operator – including access controls starts at $6,500 without installation.
